#4629 - Uninstallation Error
We are having significant issues uninstalling SugarChimp 9.1.0a from our SugarCRM 10.0.2 Professional environment. When uninstalled or disabled through the module loader, our users receive 500 errors when trying to create or save a number of different records. I have been able to find many different SugarChimp code files left over after the uninstallation process, as well as the database tables never having been removed.
I have read over material recommending installation of the newest version before uninstallation, but as we do not have an active subscription I do not believe we currently have access to the download for that file.
