#4437 - Some issues with uninstall
Hi We have an instance of SugarCRm running here wstj.symphony-crm.com
It used to have a demo key of Sugarchimp running v9.2.2c, however we uninstalled the some time ago.
This key was obtained as a demo key under my colleagues account (Brian.coventry:whysymphony)
Just now we are trying to upgrade this instance to CRM V10 and noticing a few issues and logs in the file - to do with an incomplete uninstall of sugarchimp.
I have tried reinstalling the 9.2.2c zip and uninstalled it but we still have many sugarchimp files in the site.
What steps do you suggest for a clean uninstall?
PS we are running an IIS\MSSQL stack.

Thanks for reaching out. This issue most commonly occurs when SugarChimp isn't able to be fully installed. You can review required permissions here: c/en-us/articles/360016251832-Common-SugarChimp-Installation-Issues
If that doesn't resolve the issue and allow you to fully install and uninstall, can you send along your Sugar log and PHP log to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com so I can take a closer look?

I was wondering if a newer version of the module would be useful to Install then uninstall?.... we have 9.2.2c.
