Hi, We ara a sugarCRM partner. We have some customers that are currently user sugarChimp to integrate sugarCRM and Mailchimp.
Now we have a new sugarCRM customer of ours that is going to use sugarChimp. This customer wants us to purchase sugarchimp on their behalf.
Can you tell me what is the way to proceed to the purchase?

Happy to help. You can absolutely complete the purchase on behalf of your customer. To do that, you'll want to make the purchase with your affiliate tag, which you can find within your SugarOutfitters account.
During the purchase process, you'll see a pop-up that looks like this: https://d.pr/i/zGH5v8. While these are the best guidelines for simplifying client purchases, we understand that some customers prefer to be completely removed from the purchase process. As long as your business can stay on top of your various purchased add-ons (billing, subscription renewals, license keys, etc.), it is fine to manage purchases on behalf of your clients as you see fit.
