#4295 - SugarChimp sync not working

The SugarChimp sync is not working. The health status is active and it says everything is syncing, however it mentions it has 31171 items to sync from Sugar to MailChimp - we do not have this many entries. Please advise.

    Happy to help. It sounds like your SugarChimp scheduler may not be working as intended. Can you send a screenshot of your Health Status page as well as a copy of your logs so I can take a closer look? You can access your logs using the steps below:

    1. From within Sugar Admin click System Settings
    2. Click View Log at the bottom of the page
    3. Click All at the top of the page
    4. Copy/paste the text that appears into a text file and send it along to

    I just wanted to quickly follow up on this case. Through email we discovered that it sounded like none of the Sugar schedulers were running as they should. After checking in with your Sugar administrators and updating to the latest version, please let me know if you have any further trouble! If so, we'll need to put the integration into debug mode and grab some more detailed Sugar logs to identify the issue. I'll go ahead and close this case for now, but please reach out if the issue has continued.
