#4233 - Hard Bounce vs Soft Bounce webhook handling
Please can you confirm: am I right in thinking that soft bounces don't get passed to SugarChimp? That all that gets passed is a hook saying "cleaned" with reason "bounce", and that "abuse" is just a hook getting passed saying "cleaned" with reason "abuse"?

You are correct that soft bounces aren't sent to Sugar. Only when Mailchimp marks a record as cleaned does that information get passed to Sugar. When marked as cleaned in Mailchimp, SugarChimp will mark the record as Invalid in Sugar.
