#4141 - Need to get usage stats for SugarChimp

Hi, we signed up for SugarChimp about a year ago however I don't believe we have had much usage of the connector at all. To validate my assumption, I need to get some usage stats. Can someone please help me with that? Thanks, Kapil

    Hi Kapil. Happy to help. The SugarChimp integration syncs data behind the scenes between Sugar and Mailchimp and shouldn't require active management, so usage stats depend a lot on how you've set things up. To see how frequently it's being used, you might look at how often it's syncing data to to Mailchimp as well as how often you're sending campaigns using data synced from Sugar. Here are some places to check where SugarChimp is currently integrated in your processes:

    • View the last modified dates for your Mailchimp Audiences. (Instructions below.)
    1. From within the Audience page in Mailchimp, click View Contacts
    2. Scroll to the right so you can view the Last Changed column
    • View how often data is being synced from SugarChimp's Health Status page. (This can be found within Sugar Admin.)

    • Review your Mailchimp automations to see if you're using Sugar data to trigger campaigns.

    • Review your Mailchimp segments to see if you're using Sugar fields to narrow down your audiences.
