Hi,

I'm having trouble using your module.

The installation seems to be ok, but the scheduler never runs and the contacts are not sent to MailChimp.

I've reinstalled, and ran the repair and build, but nothing happens.

    Hi Victor,

    Thanks for reaching out. Can you send a screenshot of what appears in your Health Status page? You can get this by navigating to Admin within Sugar. Health Status will appear in the SugarChimp section.

    Additionally, can you send a screenshot of what appears on the schedulers page? You can see this by clicking 'view scheduler' from the Health Status page.

    Hi Victor,

    Thanks for sending this along. Can you tell me what option you selected for this list under "Who do you want to send to MailChimp?" The options you had can be seen here: https://d.pr/free/i/77giYY.

    Additionally, can you confirm that there are valid email addresses within the Sugar list you're looking to sync?

      Hi,

      I've tried the first three options, both for contacts and for leads.

      And yes, there are valid emails in the lists.

      Just for the record, I'm using the development version of our SugarCRM. I don't know if that changes anything.
