#3905 - Mailchimp activities not showing in Sugar

We've sent out about 16k mails in the last couple of weeks. All looks good on the SugarChimp health page. It says there is zero pending but there are no activities showing since 24-08-18.

We sent these out as a "group or new segment" in mailchimp with contacts match ALL conditions and then one condition Tags->Contact is Tagged xxx and Tags-> Contact is not tagged xxx. Might using tags to send have created the issue?

    Hello there,

    The segments or tags on MailChimp Campaigns should not affect the activities being brought into Sugar. We had some issues in the transition to Sugar8 that caused our Campaigns not to sync as expected in some cases. Let's update you to the latest version and then tell the integration to go back and grab all campaign data from 24-08-18. We have articles on how to do each of these on our new helpdesk:

    Jon,

    I did update from 8.0.1 to the latest version but only after I became aware of the problem so yes prompting a resync makes good sense. However, when I go to config I get the first run setup process showing "welcomed to Sugarchimp" and the "lets get started" button. Given I'm already setup I don't want to risk running this in case it changes something. Is there any way I can skip this and get the settings?

    Hello again,

    I understand your concern as you do not want to have to start over! As long as you update the config items via the documents, you will not lose any settings. You should not have to go to the SugarChimp Configuration page. If you are on Sugar7 or Sugar8 then you will be able to adjust the settings via the Console browser exactly how the document describes.

    If you are not comfortable doing these updates yourself, then we can schedule a call to look at it together here:
