    Hello Brad,

Sorry to hear that you're having issue with the plug-in. Let's start by updating your SugarChimp to the latest version. You can get that version by going to your purchases page, and opening the order for SugarChimp. You can download the .zip file ending with Sugar6. Install it into Admin > Module Loader over the previous version, without uninstalling anything. From there, see if the Scheduler gets rolling correctly. If not, we need to get a look at your Sugar logs from admin > System Settings > view logs. Send those over to me at support@sugarchimp.com if its not back up and running.

    Thanks, Jon

    Hello Brad,

I enjoyed working with you on our call today. We ran into multiple issues when installing our latest package. We cleared your backup tables, updated some php memory configurations and were able to install the latest version on your server. However, we are still not syncing as we've found that your SugarCRM schedulers are not running ever since the move to your new host.

Since they have experience with the Sugar world, I'm sure they will be able to help us figure out what's going on there. Whenever your schedulers are active and running, you should be able to go to Admin > Health Status and see the queue'd updates being pushed to MailChimp. From there, you should be good to go.

I'm going to close this case out, but don't hesitate to respond here or shoot us an email if you have any other issues.

    Kind Regards, Jon
