    Hello Andreas,

I'm sorry for your difficulties. Can go to your admin > Scheduler, and check the SugarChimp one. Are you able to see any completed jobs there? Is it showing as Active? Another place to look is your admin > Health Status page (in the SugarChimp Section). Are you showing as having pending records in that spot?

    Thanks, Jon

SugarChimp is active. There are no jobs in the job log. I have pending records in the health status - job queued and pending. still after 5 minutes nothing changes in the pending status.

Alright, thanks for expanding on that. Do you know if other schedulers are running, or if it is just the SugarChimp Scheduler that is not working? Try one of the 'as often as possible' jobs and see if they have completed jobs in the job log. If not, then its more than just our scheduler. If you do find completed jobs there, then we'll need to check the database to see what error we are getting there.

    Thanks, Jon

Hi Jon! Good point. It seems that the schedulers in our dev environment are not working correctly. Our dev team is working on it. Info will follow. Thank you.

    Hello Andreas,

That makes perfect sense. We get that a lot! Let me know if you need anything else once you get those schedulers activated on your dev instance. I'm going to go ahead and close out this case for now.

    Enjoy your weekend.

    Cheers! Jon
