#3709 - Automatic sync doesn't work

Hello,

We use SugarChimp version 7.7.0h with SugarCRM version 7.7.0 (Build 336)

We have a "professional" licence key.

The SugarChimp scheduler is active and runs every 5 minutes.

When I create a list in sugar with a few contacts, and link it to a mailchimp list, nothing happens. I must use the SugarChimp "Health Status" screen in order to manually synchronise the list to MailChimp.

Even after this manual sync is OK, the scheduled sync doesn't work.

    Hello there,

    I'm sorry for the trouble. We need to make sure that the logic hooks are firing correctly. It would also be a good idea for us to get you on the latest version of SugarChimp, as there are many bug fixes between 7.7 and the newest 8.0. Can you download the latest version from your Purchases page here, then install it into SugarCRM.
