#3697 - STAT Sync Issue
I believe Tony Guzman had reached out last week, but we are experiencing a few issues with our Sugarchimp integration: 1. There's a sync issue, and the plan name isn't pulling into sugar for new. 2. Mailchimp is cleaning extremely active users (ie: five star ratings, no bounces in the activity log, on multiple newsletters) from our lists. This is hugely problematic for us, and we believe it might actually be something happening on the Sugar end, being pushed into Mailchimp. Could you please confirm? I can provide a user account that's experiencing this issue if you'd like.
