#3454 - Invalid Package

Hi,

I'm trying to upload your SugarChimp-7.9.4-for-Sugar6.zip package into our installation of SugarCRM Community Edition 6.5.26 via the Module Loader and I'm getting Invalid Package error message bounced back at me.

Do you have any thoughts on what could be causing this?

Hello Gerald,

I apologize for the installation troubles. Where do you get the invalid package error? Is it during the upload process or the installation process? Can you email support@sugarchimp.com and attach your SugarCRM error logs to see if there are any clues there? Did you see any logs on screen during the installation process?

Whatever it is, we'll get you fixed up quick.

Hi Jon,

Thanks for checking in. I was running into the invalid package error as I went to Admin → Developer Tools → Module Loader. There were no logs on screen other than generic text that I had uploaded an Invalid Package. However, we did end up getting a SugarChimp up and running with the aid of a third-party contractor—I'm sure I'll be able to get the fix from him soon.

For now, we can close out this ticket. We'll be revisiting purchasing a license once our evaluation is over.
