#3398 - Not all campaigns showing in MailChimp Activites

It appears that not all campaigns are showing within the Mailchimp Activities module - from looking at the Campaign Summary we have 65 campaigns, however in the list within the Activities modules there is only 40 showing. Is there any way to force a re-sync to capture the missing data? Recent campaigns are appearing OK, its data from 2-3months ago that is not showing. Using Suite V7.6.10 and SugarChimp V7.9.1d

    Hello there,

    Thanks for reaching out. There's a number of reasons a campaign might not have been synced over from MailChimp, most likely the MailChimp list was not set to sync with a Target List. In order to recoupe that data from a few months back, we'll need to get on a screenshare with database access to look at the tables that hold this data.     Hello,

    I wanted to follow up with today to see if the new Activities are coming in to SuiteCRM now? Do you have any logs from the new Campaign that was set to send out today? Be sure to put the logs in debug prior to the send to ensure we get the most information possible. I look forward to hearing back from you.
