#3050 - Target Lists not syncing

Hello - i have uninstalled and installed the latest version fresh - the status of my target list is - Sugar to MailChimp Sync In-progress - and the Mailchimp list that is be synced to from Sugar - is empty - the sugar target list has about 3200 leads on it.

same issue before i re-insstelled.

the mailchimp API key appears correct - the scheduler > smart list is firing every 5 minutes.

Pleas assist

    I'm sorry for the issue. That is definitely strange with the scheduler firing that nothing is happening. In this case, there is typically some php or other server-side error that is causing the scheduler to fail. Can you email us your sugarcrm.log file. You can get it from admin > Diagnostic Tools. Then uncheck everything except sugarcrm log file. Execute the diagnostic and download the resutls. Email those to us at I'll look through them and see if we have any clues.

    Hello Michael,

    We received your email and I have looked through your logs. Unfortunately, nothing is coming up for SugarChimp in anything there. However, there are a ton of recent mysql errors from your Social2Sugar linkedIn integration, so I'm curious if that could be causing issues during our scheduler sync. If you'd like, I can reach out to Richlode regarding the errors in your logs. Have you made any updates or changes to that solution recently? If you would prefer for us to look at the issues together before contacting Richlode, you can schedule a support call with us here:

    Either way, I'm sure we'll be able to get you back up and running, it's just not clear through the logs exactly why SugarChimp is not working. Let me know how you'd like to proceed.

    Hello Michael,

    We just got off a call and were able to find that the SugarChimp scheduler was inactive. We updated SugarChimp, cleared the old queue, and activated the scheduler. Everything looks good at this point moving forward. I'm going to close this case out, but if you have any more issues, don't hesitate to reach out.
