#3021 - Upgrading to Sugar 7.8.2.0
Hi!
One of our clients has SugarChimp and the module version is SugarChimp 7.6.0h
We're attempting an upgrade to latest Sugar 7.8.2.0 however we understand there is a compatibility issue if we go ahead. Is there a package available to us to update SugarChimp?

Hello David,
Sorry for the trouble. We have a new version of SugarChimp that's compatible with Sugar 7.8. You will need to get the latest package from SugarOutfitters by going to your orders page and downloading the latest zip package for Sugar 7: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders
From there, go to Sugar > Admin > Module Loader. There are two scenarios for updating, either SugarChimp is installed or it is uninstalled or disabled. Find the SugarChimp installation on your Module Loader page and check the following:
Scenario 1: SugarChimp is in the top section and NOT disabled
You can go ahead and upload and install the latest package over the previous installation (do not uninstall anything). Let Sugar know they can continue with the Sugar 7.8 upgrade process, no further action is needed on your part.
Scenario 2: SugarChimp is in the bottom section or is disabled in the top section
If this is the case, tell Sugar to continue with the Sugar 7.8 upgrade. When they complete the upgrade, you will then install the compatible version that you've downloaded over the older version (do not uninstall anything). Once the installation completes, SugarChimp will work as expected.
