#2940 - Error msg

We tried to install a module and we are getting this error "Fatal error: Class 'Fanatical\Core\v1a\Logger' not found in /home/vesup/public_html/modules/SugarChimp/includes/classes/SugarChimp/Logger.php on line 17" What does it mean and how do we fix it?

    Hello,

    There are a couple of issue that could be causing your error. My initial guess is that the files were not installed properly in your SugarCRM due to permissions on the server. There is a great script we recommend for anyone hosting their own SugarCRM instance: http://shanedowling.com/sugarcrm-permissions-script

    Once that script is run on the server, you should be able to install SugarChimp and not run into this error. However, if you are still running this error, then it's possible that you are still running a php version prior to 5.3. That is the minimal compatible version of php with SugarChimp.

    Hello,

    I just wanted to add a note here that we've been communicating and working on your server to figure out why the installation is not working. Your team is currently working to setup the test instance so that we can run the installation and see what we get. In the meantime, we've pushed your trial back so that you are not charged prior to testing the integration. Once we have the test instance, we'll be able to know more on the issue and get it resolved.

    Client was never able to get test environment setup to debug the issues. We've cancelled the trial for the time being until they are able to dedicate more resources to fixing server issues. Closing this case out for now.
