Hi

Trying to create a report on the SugarChimp Activities - I have screenshots I can send?

I experience a problem with data from a related module not showing up in the report = blank fields although I know there is data in the fields.

I do the following:

select a 'Rows and Columns Report'
select SugarChimp Activity
select in 'Define Filters': SugarChimp Activities > MailChimp List & SugarChimp Activities > Activity Type .... and have a list selected and type = click

Next step:
Display Columns:
selected some fields directly from SugarChimp Activities Module
+ these 2: SugarChimp Activities > Accounts > Name & SugarChimp Activities > Accounts > Customer Number

Next step:
Give the report details.

My problem is that the fields

SugarChimp Activities > Accounts > Name
SugarChimp Activities > Accounts > Customer Number

are blank when the report is run (and for some of the lines there is an account behind already...)

Can you help me out? - I am happy to send screenshots if you provide an email address for this.

    Hello, thanks for giving this a try and explaining the issue in detail. You can add screenshots to this using the image icon above the editor (I think it's the 4th icon). But I think I have a good idea of what's going on.

    We do not sync Accounts between MailChimp and Sugar, we only sync Contacts/Targets/Leads, so whenever the SugarChimp Activity records come in, we link the corresponding Contact/Target/Lead to the SugarChimp Activity record. So instead of using these fields:

    SugarChimp Activities > Accounts > Name
    SugarChimp Activities > Accounts > Customer Number

    Try using these:

    SugarChimp Activities > Contacts > Accounts > Name
    SugarChimp Activities > Contacts > Accounts > Customer Number

      Thanks it works perfectly - is in my instance called 'related contacts' though.
