Hi,
I believe you may have installed a plugin for Trustees Australia at some stage in the past in the CRM instance https://trustees.sugarondemand.com/ called SugarChimp. I'm just trying to figure out if you did this install and or what the upgrade process is going to be for sugarchip for sugar CRM 7.7.2.0.

Hello Quenten,
I'm happy to help here. I'm unable to find any accounts under that name, but it doesn't necessarily mean that we were not installed there. What we need to do is figure out what account the installation is for so I can help you get the newest downloads that are compatible with Sugar 7.7.2.
The best way to find that is through the installed license key. You can find that by going to your admin page, and down to the SugarChimp section. Depending on your installed version, you'll either see license configuration or SugarChimp Configuration. From there you should be able to find your license key. Because these forums are public, it's best not to post any sensitive material here. Could you email support@sugarchimp.com with your license key and reference case #2682. From there, I'll be able to help you find out what is needed to update SugarChimp.
