#2649 - auto sync is not working(from Suitecrm to Mailchimp)

Hi Support Team,

I am Using Sugarchimp professional edition.
While i am adding any contact to TargetList to Suitecrm ,it is not auto sync to mailchimp.
Also in pending list it is not showing.
But, while i am sync forcefully from dropdown option, then i will able to sync and it will show in pending list.
Note: In the schedular, I checked schedular work every 5 mins.
Can you please help me out for this issue.
I unable to proceed further.
I am waiting for your response.

    Hello,

    Based on the logs provided, I'm unable to find any issues with your sync. It seems to run through everything appropriately. For immediate help, you could email support@sugarchimp.com with temporary admin login credentials for Sugar. That would allow me to look at your instance and debug what is going on. With that, II'd be able to debug your issues today. Otherwise, we could setup a screenshare to look at your system together. You can schedule that here: Schedule a Support Call

    We've worked through multiple meetings and emails to find that the sync was working as intended. Your use case was unique and may not fit for the add-on as requested. I'm going to close this case out. Let us know if we can help in any way in the future.
