#2594 - Automatic List Sync not Working from SuiteCRM to Mail Chimp by Sugarchimp

I am facing the issue for suite CRM not syncing list from and to Mail chimp automatically even scheduler run successfully. It only sync when we manually re-sync from Admin > Sugar Chimp Configuration > sync list.

    Hello,

    I'm happy to help out. All Target Lists must be initially set to sync using the Configuration, but they should be updating regularly based on the Scheduler.

    Can you go to Sugar > Admin > SugarChimp Health Status and take a screenshot of everything on that page? Towards the bottom you will see a SugarChimp Logger Level. If it is not already, please change it to “Debug”.

    How are the lists being updated when they are not sending to MailChimp? If you have someone on a synced Target List, and edit their first name, is that change reflected in MailChimp in the next 15 minutes? Then, go and try to make that change to a record. From there, just wait about 15 minutes and then send me the Sugar Logs. To get the sugar log, go to Sugar > Admin > System Settings and click "View Log" at the bottom. Then click "All" to get all of the log file data. Copy everything that is on that page, then put it into a text file. That will help me get a little more information.
    Then email the screenshot and text file to support@sugarchimp.com and I’ll look into it further. Let me know if you have any more questions!
