#2520 - Groups no longer syncing post upgrade to 7.7

Hello,

I am running CE 6.5 and just installed the most recent version of SugarChimp, upgrading from an earlier version. My multi-select/dropdown fields are no longer syncing to groups in MailChimp?

Do you know why? Has anything changed?

    Hello Tom,

    We haven't changed the way syncing with Groups work. Are other fields syncing just not your Groups? If you dont' mind, can you send some screenshots of your Field Mapping page for the list in question as well as your Health Status page. Those can both be found from the admin page.

    Thanks for those screenshots. There are a couple of things we can check. On your Health Status page in Sugar, can you scroll towards the bottom and set your logger level to 'debug'. Then, can you queue the resync of your lists from that Health Status page. It is very important that you push the data from Sugar to MailChimp, and not vice versa.

    Once you've done that, give your system about 30 minutes and email your Sugar Logs to me. You can access them from Going to admin > Diagnostic Tool. Then uncheck everything except sugarcrm.log. Then run the diagnostic and download the .zip file. You can email that to support@sugarchimp.com as well.

    Hello,

    We were able to resolve the Group syncing issue over a screenshare yesterday. The Dropdown options had gotten off so we started the sync over and it worked. Let us know if you have any more questions I can help with. I'm going to close this case out for now.
