#2301 - Subscriber list into SugarCRM

Closed Feature created by Cyril Piette 7 years ago

Hi There,

Today I'm able to see the different emails I've sent to each client directly into SugarCRM thanks to SugarChimp.

I would like to have a view for each account of the list there are member of (and if possible the group). Is it possible with SugarChimp ?

Thanks for your help,

Regards

Cyril

    Hello Cyril,

We have a dashlet for the Account records as well. They will show all of the related email addresses' activities for an account. You can do that just like you would the Contact module. Our documents for that are here: Setup MailChimp Dashlets.

Let me know if that is what you are looking for. Cheers!

      Hi there,

      Thanks for your response.

I've set this up. Why are there differences between the info displayed on the account module and the contact level ? I can't see the list they are member of on the account level. Is there a solution ?

Is it also possible to manage report on the activity of subscriber within sugar?

      Thanks

    Hello,

Those are all good questions. Because there can be numerous Contacts related to a single account, the related lists could also be very large. We found this information to be secondary to the actual activities and have removed that section from the dashlet. At this time, there is not a solution to show all lists that an account is related to. Can you explain your use case for such a need?

The ability to manage reports within Sugar comes with our Professional package. You can try it out for free by upgrading on your SugarChimp Configuration step 2. When you upgrade, SugarChimp will import your Activities into the SugarChimpActivity module. From there, you can run reports on them as you would any other module. More information can be found on our document: MailChimp Activity Syncing

I look forward to hearing back from you. Cheers.

      Hi,

      Thanks !

On our side, one account has only one contact. That's why :)

About the reporting, is it possible to have a live session with you to see the possibilities?

      Thanks

We can certainly get on a live demo to check out the reporting possibilities. I'll reach out via email to set something up for that. Talk with you soon.

    Hello Cyril,

We were able to get on a demo to view the reporting capabilities within Sugar. Let us know if you have any questions about the potential upgrade and benefits of making the switch. I'm going to go ahead and close this case out.

    Cheers!
