#2194 - Problem to sync SugarCRM and Mailchimp
Hi,
I'm having trouble using SugarChimp. The configuration went well but impossible to sync my target list (based on a report) with my list on Mailchimp. The link seems to be done but nothing into Mailchimp.
Can you help me with that ?

Hello Cyril,
I'm happy to help out. Can you go to Sugar > Admin > SugarChimp Health Status and take a screenshot of everything on that page? Then, send it to support@sugarchimp.com. Can you explain your workflow and where the syncing got stuck? Are you seeing everyone on the Target List as expected, but nobody is getting into MaiChimp?

We've communicated through email and found that the issue is syncing of unsupported modules. We can reconnect once your data is setup and compatible with our system. I'll go ahead and close this case out for now.
