#2035 - Install Problem for 6.4.2

Hi,

I subscribed for a free trial of SugarChimp. I tried to upload the module SugarChimp for Sugar CRM 6.0 on my Sugar CRM 6.4.2 and it doesn't work. I've tried with the others files and it doesn't work either.

Hello Elise,

I'm sorry for the trouble. Can you tell me what happens when you go back to your Module Loader after the installation? Does SugarChimp show as installed in the top? Or is it still waiting to be loaded? You can send a screenshot to support@sugarchimp.com to help me get a better picture of what is happening on the installation.

I apologize for the trouble. SugarChimp is not compatible with your SugarCRM version. We have updated our about page with the correct compatible Sugar versions of 6.5+. If you choose to update your SugarCRM, we'd be happy to start a new trial with you.

For those looking to use the integration but are still below the Sugar 6.5 edition, there are some free helpful downloads on SourceForge to make that transition as smooth as possible. Choose the file based on your current version and follow the directions from there. Here is a link to those downloads.
