#1841 - Installation on On-Site SugarCRM
I have installed the basic trial version. I have validated the license key but I receive an error when continuing to other pages (Health Status, Field Mapping, etc.). The error is "Data not available. Page does not exist or you do not have permission to access this page."
We are running 7.6.1.0 and have an on-site solution. Can you please advise?

Hey there,
Thanks for trying us out! It sounds like you've got permissions issues starting with the installation. You will need to check your file permissions on your server. Here are a couple of links to help with that: Setting Default File Permissions and Ownership Required File System Permissions on Linux
You will also need to be logged in as an Admin account when loading and installing SugarChimp to ensure all of the files are installed properly. Once your Sugar instance is setup properly with file permissions, the installation should just 'work'! Let me know how that process goes or if you have any questions throughout.
