#1760 - Bounces and Unsubscribed

Closed General Question created by tony1 6 years ago

Confirming that bounces and unsubscribes in MailChimp should be updating Sugar (6.5 CE) leads email addresses as invalid and opted out?

    Hey Tony,

You are correct. Bounces and unsubscribes will automatically be brought in from MailChimp as invalid or opted out for 6.5 CE. Were you having issues seeing that or just making sure ahead of time?

Ok - then I am not seeing this happening on the Sugar side. Suggestions?

Can you tell me how they are being updated that the unsubscribes and bounces are not being seen inside Sugar? This process can sometimes take 10-30 minutes based on when your scheduler is running. Can you go to Admin -> Health Status and send screenshots of that page over to support@sugarchimp.com? That will help me get a better picture of where you are currently at. Thanks.

    Hey,

We were able to resolve this issue via email support. We had to adjust the site_url inside of Sugar so that the correct webhook was firing from MailChimp. Everything is working as intended now.

  • "SugarChimp is working great. We're able to sync all of our lists and subscriber fields between MailChimp and SugarCRM. SugarChimp Support also did a great job supporting us as we were setting everything up."
