#1624 - Sugar and MailChimp sync pending for multiple days

I am trying to get Sugar and MailChimp to sync contacts. I followed each step and have successfully managed to get a Target List recognized between MailChimp and Sugar, however, the synch has been in progress since 9/22. Can someone please assist me with this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

    Hey there,

    We'll get you setup. I see that you just started your trial recently, but I'm not seeing any installation information for your license key. This usually means that something did not validate correctly. (which is why nothing is syncing!) Can you go to Sugar > Admin > License Configuration (Bottom of Page) and see if there is a license key there. If there is not one there, use the steps in the window to locate your key and validate it. If there is, will you email the license key you find to me at support@sugarchimp.com? Then, go to Sugar > Admin > SugarChimp Health Status and take a screenshot of everything on that page to send to me as well.

      Thank you! I did this upon set up and all seemed okay. I have resubmit the license key. Not sure if this helped?

    Awesome!

    I can now see your install profile so that should clear everything up! Let's give the scheduler 30 minutes to an hour to clear everything from the queues and you should be up and running. If you are still not getting anything after that much time, then go ahead and send the screenshot of the health status page to support@sugarchimp.com. Let me know either way!
