Hi Mr. Hurless, I can see that your scheduler has not run, which is definitely an issue. Can you send me your sugar log file to so I can figure out why this is happening? To get the sugar log, go to Sugar > Admin > System Settings and click "View Log" at the bottom. Then click "All" to get all of the log file data. Copy everything that is on that page, then put it into a .txt file and attach the file to the email.

Let me know if anything doesn't make sense. We want you to have a great experience with SugarChimp, and we're confident you will once you get going!

We were able to find the issue through emails. His Sugar Scheduler was not running at all, so we could not sync our lists.
