#1572 - Not all leads on a target list are transferring from Sugar to Mailchimp

Hi, I synced a target list from Sugar to Mailchimp and not all leads moved across. My initial list had 17K leads, but less than 14K transferred to Sugar. Would you know why this is happening and how I fix. Many thanks, Nicole.woods@rawson.net.au

    Hi again Nicole, There are several reasons as to why your lists might not be syncing completely in MailChimp. For those users/updates that are not making it to Mailchimp, check this list of possible reasons: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/my-sugar-and-mailchimp-list-counts-do-not-match More than likely, one of these reason will explain what's going on.
