#1186 - Custom field does not sync with spaces

Hi!

I'm trying to use a Mailchimp custom field with items called with two separated words like "General management" but they don't sync to SugarCRM. If I use only one word they do sync, but I can't use one only word as it's too simple to describe each field.

I'm editing the drop down table (Elastic_boost_options type) with the Module Editor in SugarCRM, but it does not accept spaces in the Element name (the tag at the left of the two items you have to set up in the drop down list.

If I use undeline "" between the two words both in SugarCRM and Mailchimp they do sync, but the two words separated with the underline "" doesn't look nice in MailChimp online forms for customers... do you have any solution for this situation? Thanks!

    Thanks for the details. I responded on the documentation comment, but we can keep the conversation here.

    I just tested this on our side and radio options with spaces are working as expected.

    Is the Radio field on the MailChimp side? What field type are you using on the Sugar side?

    I wonder if there is some weird encoding issue going on? Thanks!
