#1095 - Not all contacts syncing

Trying to work out why some of the contacts within a target list are not syncing to mailchimp list. A few don't sync and there is no reason that I can tell why they don't sync. How can I check/rectify? All have valid names and email addresses as far as I can tell.

    Hi Andy, I just responded to your email, but wanted to drop the note here as well.

    This is really common. There are several possible reasons for this. This document shows the reasons why: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/my-sugar-and-mailchimp-list-counts-do-not-match

    99% of the time, it's nothing to worry about. If you want to dig deeper into exactly why/who it's happening to, you can go to Admin > SugarChimp Health Status and at the bottom change the log level to 'Debug'. The force a resync of your Sugar Target List by going to the Target List in Sugar, click edit, set the MailChimp List field to blank, click save, click edit again, and re-select the MailChimp List field.

    After the scheduler has time to finish running the sync again, you can go to your logs and search for an email address that didn't make it to MailChimp and you should see a reason why it didn't make it.

    Hello, I am currently having this problem. There are 547 synced, and I have around 1800 in Sugar. Everything here: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/my-sugar-and-mailchimp-list-counts-do-not-match
    checks out fine, so I am at a bit of a loss to why it will not bring over more.
