I have tried to add my Professional licence key to Sugar CRM, however says its not valid? Thank you.

Hi Nicole, have you installed the Professional package yet? You'll need to install it over the Basic edition to use the new Professional license key that you have issues.

You have the Basic edition from back in September. You can see it on your orders page https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders if you click on Order 3140 towards the bottom.
To install the Professional version, download the SugarChimp-7.1.4-professional-for-Sugar7.zip package and install it by going to Admin > Module Loader. After you install it and the license page comes up, put in the new license key provided on order 4084 (starts with 5a108...)
You're done after that. The detailed installation guide can be found here, but you've been using SugarChimp in the past so everything else should all be setup: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/user-guide
