#4471 - Error clicking Ignore? & Is it possible to Mass Ignore?

Hello,

I have a customer who is running into an issue where every time they click ignore, it pops up a window that says "Error An error occurred. Please refresh the page and try again." Also, is it possible to mass ignore matches?
