When I installed the most recent version of Dedupit, I had to have Sugar support do it. It was THAT unfriendly to my system. Now, it is interacting badly with another plugin's data, a plugin that has never given me issues before, so that aspects of my Sugar instance aren't working properly. At this point, since you haven't been very responsive, I just want my money back. Dedupit has been an awful experience.

    It's clearly indicated that after repair and rebuild has been done that Sugar can't find one of the files registered and required by another module.

    What is the cause of this we are not sure but if Sugar can elaborate further on the issue we are happy to assist further.

    That error message relates to a different plugin. Sugar has informed me that the Dedupit plugin was a reason for my Sugar instance going haywire. They also confirmed that both installing and uninstalling it caused 500 errors. Honestly, if your plugin cannot play well in my system when all other plugins I use have never given me such issues, I do not want it. This is way too much trouble for what the plugin offers. I would like a full refund of the subscription that I paid for Dedupit.

    In regards to the SynoDashboard Tempalte Deployer, it did not cause my system to malfunction. I can be tolerant of a plugin not working properly, but when a plugin screws up my system I have to say I am very disappointed. So PLEASE fully refund me for the Dedupit purchase and we can proceed on figuring out why the Dashboard plugin isn't working.

      We would still like to know details behind a fact that says our module is breaking your instance. Response like "it's your module" is not a fact. Technical details are.

    I would like to apologize for jumping to conclusions. Yesterday was stressful and, while your plugin had a part in it, the issue was not from you code. You plugin only exasperated and surfaced existing background data from a previous plugin. Sugar has provided me with the names of the files that were the source of the issue and they weren't yours. I will, for now, hold off on the refund. I will test install this plugin again and see where that takes me. If I have issues I will email your support.
