thank you for using DeDupit. To assist you better can you please provide us with following information:
What version of DeDupit module are you using ?
What Sugar version are you using?
Have you done Rebuild and Repair from Admin section of your Sugar?
What other modules you have installed in Sugar?

DeDupit Version: 4.0.3 Sugar Version: version 7.8.2.0 I have not done a rebuild and repair. The dedupit-user-guide said it was automatically. We have these modules installed in Sugar:

please remove 4.0.3 version and install 4.0.4 version which has been published recently.
Even though Repair and Rebuild is done after install it is strongly recommended that same is executed by user after each module installation.
Please let me know if you continue to have issues after installing 4.0.4

Issue resolved. You can close this case. DeDupit dashlets DO NOT go on the home screen :)
