Hello, we still have the issue, that the API key can only be used without restriction. But Google heavily recommends to restrict the API Key. It would be enough to restrict to https://XXX.sugaropencloud.eu/*, where XXX is the customer name. But it seems this does not work and the requests come from another referrer. Can you please advise? Thank you, Thomas

Hi, we are still more than 3.5 Million records in select * from off_quick2list_schedule. Does uninstall solve the issue and clean up the table? Otherwise we have to wait around 10 days. Thank you, Thomas

Hi,
as an example, my report for a target list would be Contacts in Status Active or Pending and living in Germany or Austria. I can either use this report and say remove and redo.
Or I use this report with "Append" and only new records will be added, furthermore I use a report with criteria Contact Status is NOT Active / Pending and living NOT in Germany / Austria and use this to remove.
Right?
Would you recommend the second option to optimize performance and only have the delta added and removed instead the whole list recalculated?
Thank you, Thomas

Is there another way to cleanup off_quick2list_schedule? Uninstall for example? We still have more than 4 Mio records, as it goes in 500 batches only.

Hello, we have around 90.000 Contacts in the DB, and the reports for the target lists show between 50.000 and less. Especially for the large reports, do you advise to use Quick2List with one Report and select Remove and Redo, or restructure the report to have 2 of them? Or doesn't it matter? What is better from a performance perspective? I assume the report should only deliver ID and no more fields. Thank you, Thomas

But the SQL query would be the same, as we have only one report defining the contacts. How would this work then? The report always defines the target list, but there are from days to day a few records that were created and are then also part of the report. And there are some, that fall out from the criteria.
The list backlog gets smaller and smaller, just to let you know.

I run the query from the Quick2List user interface, where I can view the SQL of a report. it currently holds 4.736.679 records, I will monitor the cleanup.
If we re-create the Quick2List settings for a Target List with 50.000 contacts, and we don't have one Q2L entry "Remove and Redo", but 2 entries "Remove" and "Append", will it then work with a delta, or clear and recreate the target list? Does it matter if remove/append run in a specific order?

I can post a select to check table off_Quick2list_Schedule in the Quick2List settings, where I can select reports too. I would like to use that to check the number of records in the queue table. what is the name and columns of the table? SELECT * FROM off_Quick2list_Schedule is invalid. Thank you

Would it make life easier if we have per target list two Quick2list scheduler, one with Append and one with Remove? We have about 20 Target lists, some of them being 50.000-90.000 records. If all of them are completely dropped and re-created, it might create trouble. What do you think?

We calculate with a few hundred updates to the target lists each day. But anyway the lists are filled with up to 90.000 records. So removing and adding needs to be capable to work with these numbers. Or is there a limitation in the number of records?

We are in the Sugar Cloud. We did not change anything for the lists since 7. August, nothing seems to be added or removed.
Which Scheduler should be set to inactive, Admin-Scheduler or the one for each target list? Please describe the steps to enable cleanup.
The records are always derived from a report. Of course we can initially fill the target list via report directly. But we are too confident to have this working on a long term view at the moment. As currently it seems everything is somehow stuck.

Feel free for a screensharing, then you can take a look at the instance yourself to troubleshoot if that makes sense. It's strange that there seems to be no activity although the schedulers are running. But other target lists stay untouched as well.

Hi, we had "once a day at 15:00" before, it stayed for 3 days and nothing happened. Even if we try to fill the list by the option "Run Query", nothing happened. BR, Thomas

Hi, thanks for coming back to me. We used v3.7.0 downloaded from here. I added the screenshots as attachment to my post, but you can see here as well: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0BwJYvUi8azLDSk50aDFvRi02SXc?usp=sharing The scheduler in the target list administration was changed already, first we had it once a day, currently it's once an hour. The scheduling jobs run regularily. We can also have a screensharing? Please contact me at thomas.dillinger@fellow-consulting.de Thank you, Thomas
