  Hi, Sugar 9 Version 5 I have the same issue. I have followed the steps on https://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Connectors_Integrations/Integrating_With_Google_for_Admins/ and https://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Connectors_Integrations/Integrating_With_Google_for_End_Users/#Steps_to_Complete and the above without any luck.
