  Hi Steve

  I installed the latest version however I am still experiencing this issue. I am nervous that while it doesn't recognize my license that the utility is in effect not updating the target list. Since the target lists that are set to update are feeding other applications it is important that they continue to work. What is our next steps to troubleshoot why this continues to happen in my instance?

  My license key continues to expire. I am only made aware when the list doesn't update. When I try to rerun the query it gives me the license expired error. Then I go to the admin console and validate and all is well again. How can I prevent this issue from surfacing in the future?

  1- Could you please tell me the version of SugarCRM/SuiteCRM that you are using? SugarCRM Professional, Version 7.5.2.1 (Build 1008)

  After creating this ticket I went back to the record and selected edit. I now see the expected page where I can write the query. I will continue the set up process and will update the ticket if I come across any issues.
