I have just noticed that some of my contact records have the Mautic URL and Mautic Points fields set to No Access. After noting this I went through the entire eVolpe process, checked all API settings, re-authorised the app, re initialised the Connector in Suite, generated the Access Tokens (once AGAIN the token expiration date displayed is TODAY - 11:25:36 2018-04-05) Not sure where to go from here..... is this because we are still in trial mode? Thanks for any help you can give me

Thanks for the assistance, plugin/addon is working and Contact records are now saving as expected, no blank windows

Thanks for the heads up - might be an idea to give the end user some feedback (other than in error logs) when the access token has expired, not much fun seeing a 'blank' window in Suite when attempting to edit/save a record and then having to dig through logs to find out what is happening, maybe this is just a problem on my setup :=]
I have done what you outlined (and documented) I reset my API settings in Mautic to a longer lifetime, clicked on the Link in the SuiteCRM -> Connectors -> Settings window and the link has reset to TODAY. It has NOT taken note of the new API settings in Mautic?
After this occurred, I ran through your documentation again (the Initial Configuration section) a number of times doing all steps contained there. I can only get the expiration date set to 08:48:12 2018-03-24 I'll wait for a couple of hours and see if the synching is working AND whether or not I can update/edit a Contact record without getting the blank window and get back to you

Got the module to start working after some conversations wth the developers (thanks Aleksandra, great support!!!) and adjusting the following settings:
- Add the AllowOverride All to the Directory listing in the httpd.conf file for the VHOST
Add the following to the config_override.php file for the site
- $sugar_config['http_referer']['list'][0] = 'mauticsiteurl';
- $sugar_config['http_referer']['actions'] =array( 'index', 'ListView', 'DetailView', 'EditView', 'oauth', 'authorize', 'Authenticate', 'Login', 'SupportPortal', 'ConnectorSettings' );
Great support to get this module working

I have noticed in Mautic -> Configuration -> Plugins -> eVolpe Marketing Automation Integration -> Contact Mapping that there are TWO Email Address fields on the SuiteCRM side of the mapping - I'm hoping one is for Leads the other for Contacts or is this a Bug?

Hey guys, I have downloaded/installed your NEW integration for Mautic v 2.12.1 and have run into the same problem. The FIRST time I clicked on the CLICK THIS LINK link I was redirected and offered the page to allow access. When I clicked on Allow I was again redirected and received the following error message
The requested URL /mautic/get_token was not found on this server.
I have gone over your complete installation and configuration guides and tried the steps 3 times now with the same results...
SuiteCRM v7.9.9 PHP 7.0.27 Apache 2.0
Both installations (Mautic and SuiteCRM) are running on Amazon LightSail using the Bitnami stack, the Apache user:group is daemon:daemon. I currently have the Mautic Sugarcrm plugin installed and working as it should - does this need to be disabled for your module to work or is it OK to run concurrently? Does the module link using contact records as well as leads or just leads?
Any assistance you can give me to get the synch working, greatly appreciated...

Sorry, just found a post on your site that says the plugin/module DOESN'T work on both my SuiteCRM and Mautic versions, apologies for the wasted posts. Any ideas/timeline on when it will work on Mautic 2.12.1?

Hi, I have tried this with a multitude of different settings, once I have been redirected to your 'SugarCRM would like to authorize screen' (this was an EXTERNAL page?) and now I am getting the following error **EVERY **time I click on the Link field
The requested URL /mautic/get_token was not found on this server.
The URL generated via the link in my SuiteCRM Connector settings is
https://mycrm.edu.au/mautic/get_token?state=c6eee14b1177ab2fffc96e0770f49ef1&code=MDU3MjE2Y2I4OGE2OTM0OWFjYjUzMTI0Njk5ZjQzYTA2ZmFkNTgzYTU5NGI3MWRiMDRjOTQ2NWIzOTYwNGZkMg
Each time I have attempted to generate the token I have deleted the app/cache/prod folder. I have checked the API Credentials and API Settings in Mautic. I have checked the Consumer Key and Secret are correct
Does this module work with SuiteCRM as it's based on the Sugar 6 version?

I have tried encapsulating the CRON command in quotes and have checked that I have the correct directory path... CRON in quotes returns
/bin/sh: 1: /home/bitnami/htdocs/mautic.ibo.edu.au/app/console mautic:evolpe:historyactivity: not found

Hey Anabel, read your documentation, option 1 entered the following path in the LibreOffice exe/binary path /usr/lib64/libreoffice/program/soffice
Confirmed that the following generated the Generate PDF button, attempted to create, results were blank PDFs.. tested the Word document generation and it worked perfectly. Checked my server logs and found the following:

I checked the data/web-data/document_templates folder, it exists and has 755 rights for the apache owner and group

Hey Anabel, installed LibreOffice to /usr/lib64/libreoffice (default with package manager) I put that into the Libreoffice working directory setting in the Admin -> Mail Merge Reports config setting, ran a quick repair and rebuild and.............. the Generate PDF button/function is NOT available, any thoughts?

ARGGHHH apologies for that post, I thought our network guys had migrated to a non-virtual setup, wrong. My bad. So, to implement the PDF functionality we should install Libre Office to the virtual server and I should configure the LibreOffice working directory to point to the installation directory, yes?

Hey eggs, thanks for the updated component for 7.6.1, unfortunately I'm on 7.5.2.1 at the mo :=].
I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, hard refresh, clear cache, admin repair anything I can think of and still can't get the menu entry to appear. I have tested the entryPoint=Masquerade with a user ID and it works perfectly, just not generating the menu link... any other thoughts?

Sorry, confusion. The documents work, it's just that I get the error messages outline above. If I select recover the documents, they open. I would like to know WHY the errors to start with...
