THANK YOU ALL,
I REVISITED THAT ERROR THAT I HAD MENTIONED IN AN EARLIER NOTE, REGARDING THE ELASTIC SEARCH ERROR THAT I SAW.
I RESEARCHED AND COULD NOT FIND A DARN THING THAT WAS HELPFUL.
SO, since it was at version 5.6, I destroyed that version, and installed/ran a newer version, 6.2
I was then able to fully install PM to 100%.
I immediately tested the quotes issue and the quotes issue seems to not exist anymore.
What a web of things to troubleshoot, but thank you all for lending an ear to my issue.
VERY APPRECIATIVE OF YOUR SUPPORT!
This case may be closed.View Comment

Yes I can call you tomorrow.
Just to add more info, I was finally able to remove the files and get the page to refresh after a few tries.
I plan on cleaning some things up a bit and retrying the install, hopefully that will give us more insight.

Please lets forget about the Upgrade package. I don't need it. And it will cause confusion as we work this case, because instead of upgrading, I installed a new clean version of 8.0.3, and migrated my data over, and it's working awesome. I said 'upgrade' b/c we used to be on 7.9.5, and now have 8.0.3 installed... not using upgrade processes.
The reason I had uninstalled PM is because during prior to ATTEMPTS TO UPGRADE Sugar to 8.0.3, Sugar would not pass the health check. Marking PM as a RED FLAG.
So, to be fully transparent, I installed a fresh version of Sugar Version 8.0.3, and have it working up until this point.
Thank you for that full package file, however, it is not compatible with sugar version 8.0.3, and I cannot even upload it in Module Loader.
The file that is allowed to be uploaded is the Full package that I downloaded from the website, under my Purchases.
This full package only goes to 80% before quitting on me, and just does nothing at all, except show the Display log, with last entry of 'Rebuilding TableDictionary'.
So, in summary, I am running 8.0.3 without Process Manager right now.
I don't have PM running at all, and I would like to install full brand new PM package, that as I mentioned, I downloaded from my purchases website
I cannot delete all the files without it causing an issue. If I do delete them and refresh, errors are displayed on screen (on all pages) that the system requires ./modules/PM_ProcessManager/PM_ProcessManager.php. This means that I can't remove all the files before installing the package. (I didn't take a screenshot, but I can reproduce it and provide a screenshot if you need it)
To troubleshoot, I have Copied that file from an backup instance we have, and only then, Sugar allows me to view the UI, and I can upload the package to Module Loader.
AT that point, when I attempt to install, the progress only goes to 80% before quitting on me, and just does nothing at all, except show the Display log, with 'Rebuilding TableDictionary' as the last part of the Display log. The progress bar halts on this 'action' action=UpgradeWizard_commit.
NOW, at this point we should be all on the same page and understand everything I've typed above.
I'm only being this way because Sugar Support cause me to be 2 weeks behind on this whole 8.0.3 upgrade because they were not understanding what I was documenting although I was thoroughly describing my steps and details. And I don't want us to NOT be on the same page.
Do you see my problem? sort of a 'Catch-22' type of issue.
If you have questions about the above, please ask me. I didn't leave anything out, and I'm not hiding any info.
I believe there was a leftover file from the 'uninstall' of PM (from before)that is CALLING for the requirement of those files, which keeps me from viewing the UI (mentioned above).
I believe if I can find that out, and remove or comment out that 'CALL', then it should no longer tell me that PM files are required to load the UI in module loader. But I have no idea where. If you all could help me with that, I think we then move on to the next step.??? Maybe it's being called from the autoloader file? I just have no idea where those values are coming from, since the autoloader.php file just reads what is required from other places I do not know.
I believe only at that point, I can try to upload and install the package again.

I had to uninstall PM when upgrading from 7.9.5 in order to upgrade to 8.0.3. After upgrade I noticed modules and custom modules of PM were still there. I removed them, and tried to install this new package but then modules loader wouldn't even load, showing one error 'modules/PM_Process_Manager/PM_ProcessManager.php was required'
so I copied it over from another instance, just to get the UI of module loader back up.... after i uploaded the package, I went back to remove the ./modules/PM_ProcessManager directory, recreated cache and tried install. still stops at 80%, stopping at 'Rebuilding TableDictionary' but Folders are created and all, it just won't finish...
I'm in debug mode, so i'm scouring through the error logs nowView Comment

Oh ok. before upgrading to 8.0.3 I had to uninstall ProcessManager just so the upgrade would work.
With this Upgrade file, I tried installing it first.... so It may have put some files in there that I didn't expect... let me remove some files that were created, and restart using the main PM installer, followed by the Upgrade package that you provided.

Complete the following:
- resetting all permissions and verifying module loader is reachable
- deleted all folders related to PM in the ./custom/modules/ , ./modules/ , and ./include/ directories
However, it still reaches the 80% mark. When displaying the log, the very last line is 'Installing Images'
Hope that bit of info helps :)View Comment

During install in module loader, I get to the 80% point where I get an error in my sugarlog:
'Unregistered Transaction name for URI: /index.php?module=Administration&view=module&action=UpgradeWizard_commit
I was thinking this is a stand alone installation for PM, so I wanted to verify.... is it standalone, or instead do I need to install the main module package installer (located in the profile>purchases page) and then install this Upgrade file?
ALso, do you think it might be because I have a couple of folders in place already (I moved the filesystem over and the PM_Process_manager folder was included in that transfer... maybe I should delete all those folders first and attempt another reinstall...
In the meantime, I will reset permissions for all folders/files to see if it's a permissions issue and will re-attempt. If that works, I'll reply asap to let you know.

Sorry, I may have worded it backwards, the incomplete uninstallation happens with the Fanatically Zen plugin; the newer plugin.
