I have already tried installing the latest version of login/sudo. It got to 80% installed and then hung. It did have a link to Display Log, when clicked there was no errors displayed.
Here is a link to a screen shot of the module install page
I tired uninstalled old version but it does not remove it.View Comment

Created a case with sugar support. Below is the info from the support case...

Number: 234741 Assigned To: Michael Carrino Created By: iApps APIUser Date Created: January 4th 2016, 2:19:48 pm Modified By: Michael Carrino Date Modified: January 4th 2016, 4:30:29 pm Status: Pending External Input Priority Level: P2 System Impaired Related To: Sugar (Main Application) Product Category: User Interface Operating System: Linux Sugar Edition: Professional PHP Version: 5.4.29 Sugar Version: 18.104.22.168 Database Version: MySQL 5.5 Deployment Option: On-Site Web Server: Apache 2.4.x Subject: User Profile Icon/Menu Missing Description: The user profile icon in the menu bar is missing for users. It is available for the Admin user (located between the notifications and Quick Create menus).
How do I get this back? I think it has been missing for several months now (possible since upgrade to 7.6.0) but we just noticed it today. Status Summary: Michael Carrino - January 4, 2016 - I entered a note on your case. Please review and respond at your earliest convenience. Thank you. Notes
Subject Note Filename Last Modified Customizations Hello James,
The first thing to check is if you have customized your theme or if there are customizations that alter your menu. I noticed that you have a "logoutas" feature in your menu which I don't believe is standard. It could be that the the feature that gives you that capability is also altering the menu's appearance. If you find a package like that, try disabling it and see if that resolves the problem. If it does, contact the developer/vendor of that package and let them know about the compatibility issue. If you'd like me to look into this further, please send me the URL for this instance and a set of admin credentials and we'll go from there.

Yes, I was able to install it correctly!! Not sure why it was not working in our test environment, but once we deployed it on production server it installed with no issues. We are now starting to use it. Will write a review after we have had time to learn it. Thanks! Please close this support request.View Comment

Restored from backup and ran the install again. This time after clicking the execute button, it did show this as an error: Request failure, or, missing/invalid parameter. Please contact technical supportView Comment
