Can each of modules be setup to use a different branding when sending documents? In other words, we need to send documents with different entity for each of these modules.

Maybe I should explained what is the problem with strict rights more detailed...when we upload document using External tool there is a special group that has rights for that External tool account with allow on all rules on Accounts and Notes module. With Additive rules we can search through Accounts, with strict one we can't.

One more update, it really did help, but messed up all other relationships in between our documents upload and users who can access them. Is it possible that we can turn on strict rules per group that we need?

Thanks for getting back. Good to know that you guys are working on it. Can you please send me 3.1.18 version and guide on how can I revert cleanly to that version while this issue persists.
We are on 7.8.8 because of old themes that are missing. Not sure if I can freely update to 7.8.31 without breaking any custom code or similar.

Hi Jason,
For instance, the roles that should be assigned are completely different from the one created under that particular Role and there are no other Roles that could modify rules. There's just one role showing different values when assigned to the user then the ones originally created under that Role.
I already have done all of that with QRR, RR, and repair roles..and no it's an issue with built-in Contacts module.

Hi Jason,
That cleared most of the errors and now finally admin screen is back, Thank you very much. I still have one more error when I'm creating new custom module in Studio. When I click Save button under "Module Builder" for new package, this comes up:
"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '$mod_strings' (T_VARIABLE) in /home/devcrmihhcrm/public_html/suitecrm/custom/modules/ModuleBuilder/Ext/Language/ru_ru.lang.ext.php on line 6"

Hi Jason,
I have tried today to upgrade test instance from 7.8.8 to 7.8.13 LTS and have blank administration page. After turning on display error value on, this is the error I got "Fatal error: Call to undefined method SecurityGroup::get_current_plan() in /home/link_to_crm_domain/public_html/suitecrm/modules/Administration/index.php on line 62"

Thank Jason. That does it. Security groups panel was not set under Admin section to show in Documents module. BTW, you don't have to alter Document Revision records.

Hi Jason,
I wasn't able to sort out the problem. I have changed created by and modified by fields in database tables document_revisions and document respectively. Still can't see Roles per user in SuiteCRM theme R and SuiteCRM theme P is not working, none of the tabs we talked about are giving any information. So, I have to use SuiteCRM R theme instead.
Additionally, there is a video that I have created about the problem, I have send the video link to the email address that I have with subject "#3503 - Rights issue on Documents module plus!" without quotes of course.

It does what it says it does and more, you can map custom fields for your address and map field indicator around which all of your pins will be shown. You can choose custom fields for filtering your search and for creating list view as well. It works like charm with API key, if you have standard key it will only process 2500 records with Google, for more you have to enable billing or get premium package from Google. Great add-on, currently set to work with Contacts, Leads, Accounts. View Add-on
