Hi,
As that needs an important work, we can't make iNetSudo compatible with SugarCRM 7.9.2 for now. We'll wait SugarCRM to release more versions and see what are the new features. Then, we'll be able to release a version that will remain stable for a long time.
Thanks

Hi,
We are trying to solve the problem with Sugar 7.9.2.0. They have changed a few things and that lead us to completely change the way the plugin works (migration from BWC to SideCar).
Thanks

Hi Todd,
You are right, we'll look at it next week to see how to correct that. I believe Sugar has changed something in the Users Management.
Thanks for the report

Hi,
Have you been able to get the function ? That kind of repair should be done automatically, but it's a good idea to redo it. Have you installed the license ? The functions are not available until it's done.
Thanks

Hi and Thanks for the report
It's a bug you are right. Unfortunately it's a problem with SugarCRM that does not call the "apiSave" or "save" method of custom fields. We have already discussed similiar issues with SugarCRM and they told us they'll work on it.
For now, the only workaround is to call the field and its save method in a hook. I have added a "Known bugs" section in the doc:

Example for sequence above uses iNetSugarLogic extra functions.
If you don't have it you can try concat("#",toString(timestamp(now())))

Hi,
Sorry the doc refers to a function that does not exist in Sugar out of the box (it is available from iNetSugarLogic) : currentYear()
If you want to test you can try : concat("#",toString(timestamp(now())))
Thanks

Hi,
I don't see any image attached. By the way, I put the latest release online today, can you check with it (1.6.3) ? Then once I'll get your image I'll be able to test with your parameters.
Thanks !

Hi,
Can you tell me what is your setup ? I'll setup a VM with the exact same setup today to understand what's happened and correct what has to be corrected.
You can also add me to skype (emmanueldyan)
Once corrected I'll release a new version that includes also 2 new field types.
Thanks

Hi Nicolas,
You can't do that with the plugin, but you can do it directly via the database if you host your SugarCRM. If it's in OD I see no direct way to do it. You can try an import (I haven't tested it) to force the value for a single record. Then the sequence will take care of the rest.
Example: if your pattern in PRE0000SUF and you want to start from 100, import a line with :
PRE0100SUFLet me know if that works !
For your information, we should release a new version soon with a Unique FIeld, and a fix for a known bug on the ApiSelect.
Have a great weekend!

Hi,
Happy to read that it finally worked ! I haven't added the auto repair at the end of the installation but I'll do it.
I used that docker image for my tests : https://github.com/inetprocess/docker-php/blob/master/5.6/Dockerfile
You'll find all the packages that I install (obviously xdebug and xhprof are not required).
Thanks

Thanks for all these details,
Let me summarize what I just did to make sure we do the same:
- Install SugarCRM 7.8 Pro (English) with PHP 5.6.24 (typical install / no demo data)
- Log into sugar, fill in the User Profile Info
- Go to Admin / Module Loader upload 1.4.1 then install it.Everything is fine so far
- Go to studio / Accounts / Add field / Data Type : Formatted Text ... License Invalid
- Enter the license
- Back to studio, added a field "test" with predefined rule "only numbers"
- I added it to the record view
Back to Sugar, create an account and I have an error : "field.inputmask is not a function"
- Back to admin > Rebuild JS Grouping Files
Now it works perfectly (the last step wasn't executed automatically, I should add it to the post install script). I use Chrome on Linux, I also opened the CRM from Firefox and it's the same
Maybe you use another browser that does not tolerate the JS error ?

Hi,
Can we plan a gotomeeting or a skype call ?
What exact problem it creates ? It makes a white page ?
That file should be merged automatically by the "Rebuild JS Grouping Files".
Thanks

Hi,
Maybe because of the previous installation. I have tried to install it manually multiple time and uninstalling. It works well for me. Can you try to empty the cache folder and then do a quick repair and rebuild ?
command: rm -rf cache/*
then : Connect to Admin and Quick Repair.
Thanks

Hi,
I was able to reproduce the bug. There was a bug in License Management.
The problem is solved from my side. I have re-runned my unit tests and everything works.
I have uploaded the version 1.4.1, could you download it and try ?Thanks for your feedback !
