Yes, I did. Ok i Can see with Suite P it works, however we use the Suite 7 theme. We find the Suite P theme takes up too much room. Can you check it with the Suite 7 theme.View Comment

Ahh ok thanks i can now confirm it shows up when i have drop down menus. However we use have all the actions available across the top (drop down disabled). And the Global View button does not show up with this option enabled. Any ideas on how we can fix this?View Comment

Hi NS-Team the update worked great now with Cases. Thankyou.
How much would it cost to have this developed so that you can have the top view as the contact and from there probe the Accounts. Some of our clients may have 3 or 4 seperate businesses and we want to view how much that "Contact" is worth to us.View Comment

OK so i guess then, if it lands in as a call for now, they would get a popup saying they have an appointment\call now with the text message?
and then we create workflows from there to do something when a call is created?View Comment

Hi thanks, I'm not sure completely what you mean by the above, but i thought it would be a way to get to global search without having to go through the dashlet. Seems like you have to click to the dashlet, then to the tag search.
But we only have maybe 5 tags, I created a test tag and it did not show up in the cloudtag dashlet. I also then created some more tags in another account, (neither account was assigned to me.) They have not shown up in the dashlet. I then went back to the same account, added a test 2 tag and it shows up in the dashlet.
Is it supposed to show up all tags across the system?View Comment

Yes exactly. Essentially the same thing as what you have. but from contacts.
Maybe a breakdown of cases as well? total cases, opened, pending, closed.. etc..
Probably pushing my luck there but seems like a great feature.View Comment
