Hi Jon, sorry to have gone quiet on this , life happened, But the problem is still outstanding, We may still need to work together to resolve this, but I did just check and found a dropdown list in Sugar with Different values to those mapped in sugar.
So I have aligned the list values and have re run the sync again.
Issues showed up in the log file and I have emailed them separately to you. (email@example.com)
We also need to understand how the do not call\ unsubscribe mapping can work.
