Hi Chad, We installed the sugar chimp plugin without issue. Synced data to Mailchimp from a target list created by advanced marketing lists. Brilliant. We had an internal workflow that emailed us when an accounts address or other key data changed. We started getting emails randomly from Sugar that details had been updated. These increased and as we investigated we realised that if we had say 4 accounts all with the same email address (which is possible for us), all 4 would end up with the same details in sugar. Address and other mapped details would be over written. I'm guessing this is because Mailchimp assumes that the email address is the unique identifier, and as the Sugarchimp link is a 2 way link, our data started to be overwritten. In our case, the best option would be to have the option for NO record updates to flow back into SugarCRM. As multiple systems rely on this data, and the changes happened over multiple days, our restoration of data was no easy opperation. Don't get me wrong, the link works! But in our case, with our data, it works a little too well ;)

I have broken this down to seperate sql statements covering 3 letters at a time, firing 5 minutes from one another. I know have a 7k+ records, when I should have 9k+.

Hi, I have some feedback from SugarCRM regarding this issue. Is there a private email address I could continue this discussion on? Cheers.

Thanks for that. Having an on demand instance of professional, we've never had to run SQL's on the custom fields so that's a real help.
As for the email. We are just using the standard email field in sugar for the account, not a contact.

I'm trying to create a list of customers who's
account_type is 'Customer' mail_restriction_c is 'No' comp_status_c is 'Active' and they have a active primary email address (we have a field called 'email' against the account.
Sorry about the lack of SQL here, I'm still getting to grips with it.
I've been able to create a list of account_type = 'Customer', but once I hit the custom fields and the weird email field type I lost me mind!
Any assistance appreciated.
