Bill emailed me a little over a week ago saying he was trying to send me the new version of PM. My mail server must have removed it because it was attached as a .zip file. I've reached out to him but haven't heard back. If there's another way I can obtain the new version of PM please let me know. Thank you.View Comment

Also I forgot to mention: I went ahead and disabled the SugarChimp scheduler job, but it doesn't seem to have done anything. Still receiving all the SugarChimp errors.View Comment

Thank you for following up on this support case. It has been busy times with the holidays; sorry I haven't updated yet.
Something still seems to be off. As I mentioned in my last post a week ago, only 3 records had been added to MailChimp since 12/14 (when I queued the resync). Since then, only 7 additional records have been added. This seems very low.
I'm not sure why new Leads are not automatically being added. I am going through new leads from 12/30 and I just chose 3 at random and searched for them in the MailChimp list. They are not in there. They also do not appear to be added to the Target List in Sugar, either.
Do you have any idea why these are not being automatically added?

Well, it looks like a lot of records were added to the MailChimp list 6 days ago when I queued that resync.
But today when I check the list I see that only 3 records have been added since 12/14. Considering we have it configured so that all new contacts/leads get auto-syncd over, I find it hard to believe we only had 3 new contacts/leads in Sugar in 6 -7 days, considering we receive about 100 leads a day in our Sugar instance.
Going to continue to investigate, just thought I'd post an update.View Comment

I took a look at the Health Status page randomly a moment ago and (finally) saw the option to queue a re-sync. So I went ahead and queued up a Sugar > MailChimp resync for the list.
I did not see your post about the alternative method of queueing the resync until afterward. I will see how this pans out first and go from there.
Thanks for all the help.View Comment

Not sure what's going on, but here's the image I tried to paste (snippet from MailChimp list):

This plugin basically functions as it says it does. I would give 4 stars because I'm sure there is room for improvement and expansion in functionality, but I had to give 4.5 on account of the excellent customer support. Very fast to respond and very thorough in their work. I respect that. View Add-on

I did not purchase from SugarOutfitters but this is hands down the best Sugar addon for your money. We use it with Sugar 7.6 (on-site) and it's fantastic. Highly recommend this. It does everything it says it does. -Freddy View Add-on
