I figured I would just update this case instead of making a new one, but on the evening after our call I installed the latest version of SugarChimp and ran a quick repair & rebuild as instructed. Everything worked fine.
Tonight, though, upon running a QRR, I get a response about missing SugarChimp columns in the database (see attached image). I selected "execute" and completed the QRR, but upon doing another QRR I get the same response. I'm guessing I'll have to add these columns via the database backend. I'm wondering if this is an expected response from the SugarChimp update?
Thank you.

Ok I was able to schedule a support call for tomorrow 0115p EST. I went to a past support case I made and used the same link that was given to me then. I will cancel the first one I made.

Ok I am reading through this thread now. This is very unfortunate and seems like a lot of work just to uninstall. :(

In Module Loader I see two installed SynoDashboardTemplates extensions. One is version 20141224, the other is version 20170223.
I don't believe I have upgraded the Sugar instance since the latest installation of SynoDashboard.

Oddly, the issue seems to have resolved itself. I'm checking the latest activity on subscribers and it's showing in Sugar, and the email addresses are being updated to Opted Out or Invalid as expected. Not sure what happened. I don't think the support call is needed anymore, though. I have gone ahead and cancelled. I'll let you know if any other issues arise. Thanks for all your help!

This plugin basically functions as it says it does. I would give 4 stars because I'm sure there is room for improvement and expansion in functionality, but I had to give 4.5 on account of the excellent customer support. Very fast to respond and very thorough in their work. I respect that. View Add-on
