  Unfortunately. That is the best answer I had as I'm a sales manager not it guy. Is there an opportunity to schedule a walk thru call? If not I Will have another. Solution.

  I’ve tried several times, but it won’t install. There is an error during installation, but no error message is given in surgarcrm.log file (as described below).
