You are using an on premise version of Sugar, correct? If so, did you install the latest upgrade from the link that Sally sent you yesterday?
Are you having any issues with the upgrade? If so, can you elaborate on what is happening?

FYI - we have different versions of Process Manager for CE, On-Demand, and on-site as well as SuiteCRM. If you have already created processes and are needing to upgrade the file to the latest version, we usually send an upgrade file, so it will not over write any processes you have created. The above instructions are only for the new install that did not complete. Thank you.View Comment

Looks like we sent you an upgrade file one year ago. But the name of the file indicates that this is an upgrade that does not include the SugarOutfitters license. Can you confirm that you have purchased our product via SugarOutfitters? If so, I will send you the upgrade for Sugar 8.x that includes the SugarOutfitters license.

This may mean that your installation of Process Manager was not sucessful. Part of the installation of our product is to create all of the tables necessary for PM to work, including this entry table. Here is the SQL to create the table - but I am concerened that PM will not work if you are getting this error message.

When you install Process Manager we include the ability to run Process Manager manually.
Go tot the module and you will see a menu item called 'Run Process Manager' - do you see this? If so, click on this and you will be able to run PM manually.
This menu item is there for your convenience to test your processes.
Process Manager is set to be run from the Sugar Scheduler. Do you see the job runprocesssmanager in the scheduler?
If so, open it. Do you see any entires in the Job Log? If not, you need to setup the cron job to call the Sugar Scheduler

Let's first make sure that PM is working. Create a basic process on lead modify, no conditions, one stage, one process task. The process task is to modify the Leads Description field - set it to a static value of "Updated from PM"
Save the Process
Then Open a lead, click Edit, change something, click Save.
Then either wait for PM to run from the Scheduler or click Run Process Manager from the menu item.
Once done, open the Lead - is the Description field modified?
Let us know if you are successful with this process.
